Currently Teaching

I am currently an Associate Professor of Computer Science at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, which was previously the University of Texas Pan American.

My current research interests are in computational geometry, combinatorics, algorithms, complexity, tile self-assembly, high-dimensional indexing, and data mining, but there are many other areas I would like to do research in as well. Here are some other links related to me: Scholar, DBLP, and MGP. Curriculum vitæ: PDF.

The algorithmic self-assembly research group at UTRGV: ASARG.
Xtreme Algorithms Seminar:Xtreme.
Hack Research hackathon: HackR.
